Local rental is priced by the package (for example 8 hours / 80 km), outstation trips by the kilometre with a minimum of 250 km per day, and airport transfers as a fixed fare. How much does a tempo traveller cost per km?
Outstation rates start at ₹23 per km for a 9 seater and rise to ₹32 per km for a 26 seater, with a minimum of 250 km per day. Maharaja luxury and Force Urbania vans are priced higher. You get a written fare before you book.
Which tempo traveller size should I book?
Count passengers and bags together: 9 seater for up to nine, 12 for up to twelve, 15 or 17 for larger families and offsites, and 20 or 26 for tour groups and weddings. Our seat-count guide has a quick decision list.
Is a driver included in the tempo traveller rental?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional, verified driver. On multi-day trips a daily driver allowance and night-halt charge are stated in your quotation.
Are tolls and parking included?
Your quotation states whether tolls, parking and state entry taxes are included or charged at actuals. Parking and monument entry fees are usually paid at the place of visit.
Can I book a tempo traveller for an airport transfer?
Yes. Airport pickup and drop is available in our listed cities with flight tracking, so an early arrival or a late landing does not cost you extra.
